What a great week! Contract in Monday, disclosed Tuesday, appraisal ordered Wednesday and came in on Thursday at value “as-is” (LESS than a 24 hour turnaround!!!) then TWO files CTC today, both ahead of schedule! 🔥

🏢 Non-Warrantable Condos (including these and possibly other factors):

❌ Don't meet Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac guidelines
❌ Higher percentage of rental units
❌ Higher percentage of commercial space
❌ Potential pending litigation against HOA
