Its amazing what a good nights sleep and waking up at the same time every day can do for you. Along with sunlight and activity. I accepted this challenge not sure I would succeed. Although I have not reached all the top tiers - I have definitely improved! I am grateful for being challenged to take the challenge and noticing the difference it has made for me.
