Brad clearly explained the difference between a HECM, HELOC and Refinance, so we could understand the pros and cons of each.

Equally impressive

Brad quickly arranged an inexpensive bridge loan for my clients, so we could avoid being contingent. We were also newly self employed, we were buying from a seller turned contingent buyer, had time constraints and lots of other moving parts. Our needs and options weren't quickly available and/or too difficult for other lenders they had spoken too previously. Brad put the plan in place in less than one day, and we closed on time without a hitch. It was textbook Brad coming through when we needed it most. Excellent communication, very detailed and to the point, as he always is.
