We know this system upgrade can be frustrating. We have our entire team working today and we're staying open until 2:00. All 3 of our lobbies are open! Stop into any branch and we would be happy to help. We do not have the additional call center support today, so hold times will be longer than usual if you call for support.

Great news for iPhone users! The app is now available in the App Store. This will use the same login that you set up for online banking. Android users, we’re still waiting on approval from Google. We will let you know as soon as the app is available for Android users.

Our new It'sMe247 online banking is live for members to enroll! Remember that our branches are still closed so we will not have support available until tomorrow morning if you run into any troubles. The app is pending approval from Apple and Google, so we're limited to online banking until they've completed their approval process. To enroll visit the link below and click on "First Time User?"

We have some more exciting news for members...the temporary limits for debit cards have been lifted! Your debit card limits have returned to normal. Stay tuned for more exciting news as we continue to make progress on the upgrade!

Our System Upgrade is going great and we're working hard to get everything back online. While our branches are still closed today we're excited to announce that Shared Branching is now available to access your account! To find a Shared Branching location near you, visit the Shared Branching Locator:

It's upgrade week! If you haven't read our Upgrade Guide now would be a good time to see what's happening. Reminder that we will be open until 6:00 tomorrow for any last minute transactions before we close Wednesday and Thursday to switch to our new system. We will be back open on Friday for normal business hours and Saturday until 2:00. You will need to enroll in our new online banking once the new system is live.
