Not all transactions go as planned… not all go fast… not all are even on the market!

This home was not listed and Spy Seidi went and knocked on the door as soon as I saw a pod in the driveway. The backstory is great!

The buyers listed their home last year and we had a few hiccups… after a rest in market we came back on and successfully closed they moved in with family while we searched patiently for the right home.

So fast forward to last month. I knew they wanted a large yard, I knew they wanted a certain area. As soon as I saw that pod I knew it was an opportunity to try get an off market deal for them. I asked the seller if she had an agent and it just so happened that I had JUST closed a transaction with that agent a week or two before! What are the odds?!

So Lynnae and I successfully negotiated a fair deal for all parties and made this one happen- it truly was a win-win for everyone and everyone felt good about the terms and transaction.
