Buy a home before you sell your current home!!!! That means we won't use your current home to qualify against your future home. You get a 0% interest on a bridge loan to use for a down payment ! When you close on your new home, you can then sell your home with less stress.

Here's another thing... If you are able to buy a home before you sell your home, you can sell your home vacant. It sells better when the home is either staged or empty.
