We never had to guess what was happening as he kept us informed and up to date every step of the way. The video calls/messages were also a nice touch. He made us feel like we were his only clients, which of course is not true but he treated us as if we were. He gave us the attention that was required abd very much appreciated. He made the entire experience stress free.
