2027 starts early at BankSouth Mortgage.

We’ve increased our 2027 conforming loan limit to $850,000 for single-family home financing, and it’s available now.

FHFA typically announces the following year’s conforming loan limits in November. We’re making our increased limit available ahead of that annual announcement.

For qualified homebuyers, that could mean more room to finance a higher-priced home with a conventional loan.
