This is something that feels extremely genuine to me in my core, but extremely disingenuous to talk about on social media😅
Being a dad is the thing I was meant to do in this life. I talk about work, and events, but when Brendan and Kylie were born, everything else faded away in terms of REAL importance.
I want to be a good example, I want to work hard, spread joy, experience the beauty of life. I LOVE helping people and the circle of incredible friends and support and community that we have built.

Being a dad is it. It’s the thing I was put on this earth for. So, I signed up for a thing and now it’s voted on. This doesn’t define me as a dad but it should would be cool to be recognized as a “super dad”🤣

One of my favorite parts of this job is problem solving!

We had a situation come up with a buyer where a repair needed to be completed, but the seller didn’t have the ability to get everything taken care of before closing.

The home was listed as cash only, but we were able to come up with this solution before even submitting the offer, and now we are under contract!

These are definitely situational and require underwriting approval, the right circumstances, and qualification. It’s not something we can just do on every loan. But sometimes there are options available that people don’t even realize exist!

Every transaction has its own little twists and turns. Sometimes the answer is just knowing what questions to ask and finding a way to work through the problem. 😊🏡

One thing I wish more buyers knew: you don’t need to have everything figured out before talking to a lender!!

In fact, I’d MUCH rather have that conversation 6–12 months too early than one week too late!

I’ve seen people spend months saving money, paying off debt, moving funds around, or trying to improve their credit, only to find out we would’ve recommended doing things differently.

Many times you’re closer than you think! Sometimes there’s work to do, but either way, knowing where you stand gives you a plan of attack! A road map to get to where you want to be.

“What a privilege it is to be exhausted by exhausted by an ambition of your own choosing”.

This hit me hard today. It’s easy to feel tired from the grind, or to feel discouraged by the hamster wheel we sometimes feel like we’re on.

I am honored to be in this pursuit of mortgage lending, and through all the ups and downs it’s an amazing to still be a part of this world.
