Don’t feed the fear.

I wish I had a dollar every time a borrower said, ‘I wish I would have started this process sooner’.

Most of the time, it is for one of two reasons:

1. They were ready and didn’t know it.
2. They found a house they love and aren’t ready to purchase (yet)

Why do people wait? FEAR.

Not every VA borrower pays the funding fee.

Down payments and closing costs….there are so many places these can come from but many people don’t realize, we can’t use cash in a mortgage transaction.

Last week I was lucky to have Robin Mossey and Matt Kingsborough come to Oregon to teach/support a class on renovation lending. Robin, who flew in from New York, debunked myths around this unique loan product and reinforced what value it adds to both agents and buyers.
