If you haven’t been to Elemental Bakery & Coffeehouse, add it to your list! I stopped in over the weekend and it did NOT disappoint! Located in York Street Yards, this spot has the coolest atmosphere and such a fun vibe. The pastries were delicious, the London Fog was the best I’ve had, and we couldn’t resist taking home the cutest pumpkin shaped sourdough loaf!

I’m already looking forward to going back with a referral partner, client, or friend. Adding this one to my list of favorite local meeting spots!

Join me in congratulating these first time homebuyers for closing on their new home! I’m so grateful to have been part of their homebuying journey! They showed so much patience and perseverance as we worked through a few obstacles, making the closing day that much sweeter. Helping first-time buyers achieve their dream of homeownership is one of the most rewarding parts of what I do!

Yesterday, Joe and I had the opportunity to visit four Denver Public Schools to treat the staff to breakfast and share about Chalkboard Advantage.

As a former educator, giving back to teachers is something that is especially close to my heart. We love being able to support the people who dedicate so much of their lives to helping our kids—and give educators a little something back when they purchase or refinance a home.

This morning, Realtor Kris Plaven and I had the pleasure of visiting Roxborough Primary and Intermediate Schools to treat the staff to bagels and share about Chalkboard Advantage—a program designed to give back to educators when they purchase or refinance a home.

As former educators ourselves, Kris and I know firsthand how much educators pour into students, schools, and communities. We love the opportunity to give back to the people who give so much every day.

A morning well spent at Denver East High School!

This morning, Joe and I had the opportunity to spend time with the incredible staff at Denver East. We brought bagels, answered questions about the homebuying process, and got to experience the heart of the school firsthand.

There was something different about Denver East. From being warmly greeted at the front door, to the friendly guide who showed us around, to the sweetest receptionist and welcoming staff, we felt right at home.

But what really stood out to me was watching the staff interact with their students. You could feel the connection, care, and genuine investment they have in their school community.

As a former teacher, mornings like this are such a good reminder of why giving back to educators is so important to me.

That’s exactly why I’m proud to offer Chalkboard Advantage—a way for me to give back to educators who spend so much time investing in our kids.
