It’s crazy how life connects the dots exactly when it’s supposed to.
My husband was in the middle of a remodel project when he met a neighbor. In conversation he mentioned that I do mortgages. She said she could use my help.
When I first met her, she was navigating the loss of her mom and her home that was in a reverse mortgage. She wanted to buy her mom’s home but wasn’t ready to yet.
Months later, I decided to reach out again to check in. And thankfully I did.
She was now in her second extension and running out of time. She even tried working with two other lenders and both said they couldn’t help. She told me she couldn’t find my number but somehow, we reconnected when it mattered most.
This time, we sat down together with her daughter and reviewed everything, and with the support of my incredible team, we were able to find a solution to help her move forward.
This is why I do what I do. It’s not just about loans, it’s about showing up, staying connected, and being there when people need it the most.
You never know when a conversation, a follow-up, or a connection can truly change someone’s path.
