Here at NAV, we have our clients covered!
When they go under contract we send them four warm freshly baked Crumble cookies to congratulate them.
Once the appraisal is completed, we are sending our clients a moving kit that includes a custom branded tape measure, moving labels, packing tape, toilet paper, a Sharpie. We have also added a new item to our gift program a fire blanket!
When we receive a clear to close, we send pizza to their workplace to share with their colleagues.
Additionally, we have custom-closing gifts made specifically for our clients.
All in all, we spend around $300 on every client we close. This is all part of our 5-star service that sets us apart from everyone else in the industry.
Lastly, we will continue to host client events every quarter!
