SVP of Mortgage Lending at Rate Helping people's dreams of home ownership come true is my passion. I'm very grateful to be part of this process.
(1)

For many client's, their home purchase journey is one of the most exciting and rewarding decisions they will ever make. With over twenty-five years of successful financial services experience, I have always had one priority: putting the client first. Clients often comment that the highlight of their homebuying experience was our team's transparent communication, honesty and availability throughout entire process as well as the continued support even after the loan closes. I'm honored to be part of Rate's President's Club and in the top 1 percent of loan originators in the United States and couldn’t achieve either without our loyal clients, as they are the driving force behind always striving to provide the best experience for them. While we do business in most states, a large portion of our home purchase loans and refinances are originated out of California and Colorado, where I grew up. When I'm not helping clients with loans, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful wife and our three dogs. We live in Encinitas and enjoy the beach lifestyle. I have a passion for physical fitness and enjoy hiking, yoga, and weight training, as well as enjoying all San Diego has to offer. HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) and cash-out refi get mixed up all the time, and it's easy to see why.

Both are ways to make use of the equity you've built, they just work very differently. Knowing how they compare puts you in a better spot to decide what fits when your goals shift. No need to have it all figured out today.

Save this for when the time feels right, and reach out whenever you'd like to talk it through.
