Nearly 300 team members gathered for our annual day of service. With one common mission: to create a world in which everyone thrives. Together, we made over 1,000 comfort kits to support youth in foster care. The kits will be distributed to seven nonprofits across Michigan. One small act has the power to make a big impact. 💙

Lake Trust is dedicated to making an impact in our community by giving to support to those who need it. Supporting children in foster care is one way we help create a world where everyone thrives. That's why we took time at our annual Powered by Good event this past Monday making first night kits for kids in Foster Care. Volunteering is one way we lift each other. And empower wellbeing.

Thank you WILX for stopping by this past Monday to see what Powered by Good is all about. Check out this news story to see our team at work:

More than 300 employees from Lake Trust Credit Union assembled 1,000 backpacks filled with supplies for children entering Michigan's foster care system.
