Happy National Hispanic Heritage Month! There’s no better time to support our community than by dining at a local restaurant. Our office had a fantastic time enjoying a meal at Pupusas Lover, located at 2236 Colorado Boulevard.

Did you know a pupusa is a thick, handmade corn tortilla or flatbread from El Salvador and Honduras, filled with savory goodness and cooked on a griddle? Yum! It’s served with slaw, or you can choose Salsa Roja, a mild tomato-based red salsa, instead.

If you stop by and try it, we’d love to hear what your favorite item on the menu is. Hope you get to enjoy it as much as we did! 😄
