🚨 DRIVERS — DEXTER TRUCKING IS GROWING🚨

I’ve been thinking about taking the next step and adding another dump truck to the fleet. So with that, means another CDL driver!

The goal is to continue growing the company and eventually build something that can support more drivers and, someday, maybe the kids can take over.

Before I make that investment, I want to see if there are any experienced dump truck drivers out there who may be interested in coming aboard. Paving experience and CDL A would be a plus for Pintle towing equipment.

• Local hauling — no OTR

We currently do not offer health insurance/benefits, as we’re still a growing small business, but my goal is to continue adding benefits as the company grows.

I’m looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, takes pride in their work, and treats the truck like it’s their own. Experience with dump trucks/material hauling is preferred. But willing to train a new driver!

I’m not looking to hire just anybody — I’m looking for someone who wants to become part of a growing company and help build something.

This is currently an interest check while I look at adding another truck.
