Most loan officers are great at getting you a mortgage.
That's not really what I do.
I work best with move-up buyers, the ones who already own a home, have built equity, and are trying to figure out how to use it smartly to get into the next one without making a costly mistake in the process.
That transition is more complicated than most people realize. You're selling and buying at the same time, managing timing, pulling equity, and making decisions that affect your financial picture for the next 10 to 20 years. One wrong move and you leave serious money on the table.
What I bring to that conversation is strategy. Not just "here's your rate and your payment." More like, "here's how this decision fits into where you're trying to go, and here are the options you probably didn't know you had."
