John had to step in and take over the loan midway through the transaction, and he jumped right in without missing a beat. He quickly got up to speed, kept everything on track, and made sure we had what we needed to move forward.

What I appreciated most was his communication. In addition to the automated loan updates, John communicated directly with me throughout the process so I always knew where things stood. That kind of proactive, personal communication makes such a difference during a real estate transaction.

John was responsive, professional, and a great partner from the moment he stepped in through closing. I would highly recommend him!
