She told us we could make our dream of owning a home true. She gave us steps on how to better our credit. We followed her steps and she helped us find a comfortable price range of homes that was in our budge. When we saw homes we liked she was vey responsive in getting back with us on our the monthly breakdown. She checked in on us throughout our home search to make sure we didn't have questions and to see how the search was going. Once we found our home we were scared that we wouldn't be able to afford it, but she eased our fears and now we're home owners! Alex was like our fairy godmother. She is truly amazing and geniuely wants your dreams to come true. Thank you a billiom times Alex.

We tried other loan officers and they all turned us down because our credit wasn’t great. Alex is the only one who believed in us and told us that it was possible. She laid out a game plan for us on the steps we needed to take to get our credit in a place where we could get approve. We listened to her advice and got approved. Then she gave us a range that would suit our budget to purchase a home. She was very attentive to us and provided us a breakdown of the monthly cost for the houses as we searched. She checked in on us to see how we were doing in our search and if we had questions. She was very patient and kind and I am truly grateful that she believed in us and made our dream possible. She took time to make sure we were informed on all options, and she never pressured us to spend above the budget we set. She was very easy to work with and always replied at lightning speed, which was crucial when we needed to make a competitive offer. When we found the right house, she walked us through options to stand out to the seller without overspending. Alexandria made us feel like a priority.
