I haven’t shared this publicly yet, mostly because I’ve always been more focused on the work than the title.

Over the past couple of months, I stepped into a VP of Lending role. The timing was unexpected, but the work behind it was not.

To me, a title only matters when it reflects the responsibility behind it — the late nights, the difficult files, the honest conversations, and the commitment to follow through every single time.

If you’ve worked with me, you know how I operate. That won’t change.

This new role simply gives me a greater opportunity to serve my clients and partners with the same clarity, strategy, and consistency that got me here.

Grateful for this next chapter and excited to keep doing the work.
