He was very knowledgeable, professional, and always took the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. As a first-time homebuyer, that gave me a lot of confidence throughout the process.

The underwriting stage was definitely the most challenging part of my journey. While I would have appreciated a little more hands-on guidance during that time, he remained encouraging, supportive, and motivated me to keep going and gather everything that was needed.
