Watch for Falling Rates!!!! We are hitting a major milestone that we have been hopeful for with Conventional Mortgage rates nearing 6% and even below depending on the transaction specifics. Government Loans, such as FHA, VA, and USDA are at the 6% level or under as well. Did I mention there are more 0 down payment options than ever before??? If you have been on the side lines now is a GREAT TIME TO BUY. More inventory, less competition, and interest rates at a 3 year low. It is time to get in the game!!!!

I am 6 months in to my Position with Guaranteed Rate and I could not be Happier. I am getting reviews back on closings from 90% of my clients and of these 100% have been 10/10 reviews. I am picking up speed and so very excited for what the future holds for me. Keep your eye on interest rates, we are very likely to get our first quarter point cut in September. If you have closed on a home in the last 3 years we need to talk!!!! I am sharpening my pencil and ready to get to work to save you money:) It is a Wonderful day to be in the Dream Business!!!!! I could really get used to starting the Week with a 9:00 AM Closing:) Congratulations to the Laser's, your first Home, what an exciting day. Thank you and you were such a pleasure to work with. Also, thank you Stephanie Steinbeck with Coldwell Banker. I truly appreciate the faith you have in me to work with your clients. Cleared to close 7 days early and we completed a flash closing so our closing time was about 15 minutes!! It does not get much better than that!!!
