The New Appraisal Format: What Every Agent Needs to Know About UAD 3.6

Agents, the appraisal form we have used for 20 plus years is retiring, and the new UAD 3.6 format is already here. On November 2 it becomes mandatory for every new appraisal submitted to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.

I made this short video to walk you through what is changing, what extra information appraisers now have to collect, and how it affects your sellers, your MLS data, and your closing timelines. Most importantly, I share three simple things you can do now so your deals stay on track this fall.
