Where are we in the Colorado Springs real estate market?

This week the median list price for Colorado Springs, CO is $539,887 with the market action index hovering around 44. This is an increase over last month's market action index of 43. Inventory has held steady at or around 1,458.

Starting to shift into a seller's market but with the NAR news, will this change anything? I personally don't think anything will drastically change for buyers and sellers, we are just going to have to change the way we approach the business.
