Big hearts, bigger impact 💙

One of the best parts of what we do at the Chattanooga Mortgage Bankers Association is being able to pour back into the community we call home. We were honored to present a donation to YCAP of Chattanooga and support the incredible work they’re doing for youth in our area.

Organizations like YCAP are helping create opportunities, guidance, and hope for the next generation, and we’re proud to stand beside them in that mission.

Big things are happening in Chattanooga ✨

We’re partnering with the Women’s Council of Realtors for a Lunch & Learn on May 13 to break down the NEW Down Payment Assistance Program, including the City of Chattanooga grant.

This is a major opportunity for first-time homebuyers and a must-know for anyone helping clients navigate today’s market.

What an incredible night at our CMBA Bowling for a Better Community event 🎳

A huge congratulations to our winning team, MIG, who bowled on behalf of Foundation House Ministries and secured a $2,000 donation to support their mission 👏

Foundation House Ministries is doing powerful work in our community, providing faith-based transitional housing and support for men overcoming addiction and rebuilding their lives. Their program focuses on accountability, structure, and long-term transformation, giving individuals the tools they need to step into a fresh start.

To every team who showed up, bowled, and chose a cause to represent…thank you. This is what CMBA is all about, coming together as an industry to give back and make a real impact in our community.
