These are absolutely my favorite moments as a financial advisor.

Getting to watch a smart, strong, independent woman go from “Can I even do this?” to “Yes, I can do this!” is something I’ll never take for granted.

Finances can be complex for anyone. But for many women, there’s an added layer that doesn’t always get talked about. From a young age, girls and boys can be taught to think about money, careers, risk, and independence very differently. And sometimes, finding someone who understands how those experiences can shape the way we approach our finances as adults isn’t easy.

I’m not here to chase the money or the prestige. I’m here for the confidence that comes from understanding your finances, having a plan, and realizing that you’re capable of more than you thought.

Because at the end of the day, I’m here for more “Yes, I can!” moments. 💕

This morning was a good reminder of why I love conversations that bring different perspectives to the table. 🗣️

I had the opportunity to host a workshop on the intersection of financial and mental wellness, and it turned into such an engaging discussion. Rather than looking at these topics through only one lens, we explored how different experiences, careers, relationships, and life circumstances can shape the way people approach money and decision-making. All of the attendees happened to be entrepreneurs, so we went even deeper on how this intersection affects our clients and how we educate and navigate through wellness collectively.

I left with a lot to think about and even more appreciation for conversations that make us look at familiar topics a little differently. I know that the insight I learned will help me be a better financial advisor to my clients. 💡
