What does an honest, supportive peer community look like in reality?

Just ask our advisors about their monthly study groups.

It's not just another meeting where you share your business stats and move on. We're talking meaningful fellowship where you share new ideas, engage with industry leaders, and encourage personal and professional growth.

These monthly sessions provide a collaborative space for shared insight and meaningful discussion. Last Wednesday, we were honored to welcome Joseph Malle, Head of MassMutual Financial Advisors. Joe shared about MassMutual's strategy and focus as they look toward 2030 goals across insurance, annuities and wealth management, as well as the continued commitment to enhancing the advisor experience.
