We're cooking with gas in the fourth quarter! (and you won't believe who won our staff baking competition 👀)

Our staff gathered to align on our shared vision and priorities for the final quarter of 2026. We discussed the importance of consistent discipline and how we can learn from the work we've accomplished since the beginning of the year.

We participated in a friendly competition baking strawberry shortcake rolls. Our teams worked together to measure ingredients, make strawberry jam & whipped cream, and curate the final presentation. Congratulations to our overall winners… Team #6!

As we move into Quarter 4, we're committed to continued collaboration, consistency, and advancement in our work with our current advisor partners and some new ones we're excited to welcome before the end of the year.

It is with immense gratitude and admiration that we celebrate the retirement of Lou Galletto, Jr., our Director of Wealth Management, after almost 23 years with The Pelora Group.

Lou joined The Pelora Group in January 2004 and played a major role in shaping the organization into who we are today.

Over the past 22+ years, Lou has been a trusted resource, advocate, colleague, and friend to generations of advisors and clients. His knowledge, the relationships he has built, and his genuine desire to help others have made a lasting impact on those he has served, and the people fortunate to work alongside him.

Lou has created value in the lives of many and has illustrated what it looks like to lead with a servant heart.

Last week we celebrated TPG Gives Week!

Powered by Hands and Feet, the stewardship arm of The Pelora Group, Gives Week is intentional time for us to put stewardship into action.

Over the week, our amazing team members showed up assembling birthday box kits with Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina, bagging pantry items with Greensboro Urban Ministry, and packing meal boxes with Rise Against Hunger.
