Scott Nadler began his career in the mortgage business in the back office and operations department of a mortgage company – dedicating himself to understanding what it takes to get a borrower to the closing table. , negotiating with lenders for the lowest rates, and advising loan officers on how to structure their files. After a highly successful stint in operations, it was clear Scott’s calling was to be a loan officer and assist clients directly with their mortgage needs. In his first full year as a loan originator, Scott, despite being the youngest salesperson in the company, was one of its top performers. The majority of his business early on came from active clients referring their friends and family members to Scott after they saw firsthand the value he added to their mortgage experience. Since then, Scott’s business has grown and continues to blossom. He works with some of the top real estate brokers, financial advisors, accountants and attorneys all over the tristate area who have all entrusted Scott to handle their clients’ home financing needs.
