5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Gary Tamboer by Benjamin Q - Gary, Jordanna, and Maria were an amazing team to work with. They were expedient, accurate, and always available when we needed them (literally 24/7). We specifically purchased an HDFC co-op and were concerned about our ability to secure financing in a timely manner, but Gary and his team had our back and guided us through the process the whole way.

Even beyond securing a loan, their expertise and deep knowledge of the buying process in New York helped keep us informed and gave us comfort throughout the lengthy purchase process. I don’t know how we could have done this without them, and I’m grateful to have Gary and his team as a resource moving forward when the time comes to refinance or strategize around the best path for paying off our mortgage.

Going into it, we had some concerns about using a mortgage broker rather than working directly with a bank, but in the end we are so glad that we ended up working with Gary and his team. Ten stars/two thumbs up and I’ll be eager to recommend him to anyone I know looking to make a purchase in NYC.

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Gary Tamboer at CrossCountry Mortgage by Mackenzie K - Gary is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and dedicated to his clients. I recently had the pleasure of doing a deal with him, where he was instrumental in getting us funding in an already difficult building. The deal almost fell apart at the last minute and Gary seriously saved the day. We closed yesterday and my buyer could not be happier! As a real estate professional, I highly recommend Gary to any buyer.
