They were expedient, accurate, and always available when we needed them (literally 24/7). We specifically purchased an HDFC co-op and were concerned about our ability to secure financing in a timely manner, but Gary and his team had our back and guided us through the process the whole way.

Even beyond securing a loan, their expertise and deep knowledge of the buying process in New York helped keep us informed and gave us comfort throughout the lengthy purchase process. I don’t know how we could have done this without them, and I’m grateful to have Gary and his team as a resource moving forward when the time comes to refinance or strategize around the best path for paying off our mortgage.

Going into it, we had some concerns about using a mortgage broker rather than working directly with a bank, but in the end we are so glad that we ended up working with Gary and his team. Ten stars/two thumbs up and I’ll be eager to recommend him to anyone I know looking to make a purchase in NYC.
