Apparently, dream homes like to show up after dinner.

You’ve wrapped up your day, and your buyer texts, “We found THE ONE!”

Well, let’s talk about it! Buying a home comes with enough questions. Getting ahold of your lender shouldn’t be another one.

I like keeping things simple: pick up the phone, talk it through, and figure out the next step together. No need to have every question perfectly worded. That’s what the conversation is for.

For 30 years, my workday started with a brown uniform and a UPS truck. So if I look familiar, there’s a chance I’ve been on your doorstep. 📦

Over those years, I got to know the people behind the addresses. I learned how much it matters to show up, follow through, and be someone people can count on.

When it was time for a new chapter, I teamed up with my wife, Julie, at Intercap Lending. She brings years of mortgage experience, and I bring the same work ethic and commitment to people that guided me through my UPS career.

Outside of work, I’m a cowboy at heart. I enjoy horses, team roping, good food, and a handshake that means something.

If we work together, you can expect honest conversations, room for questions, and someone who’ll take the time to help you understand your options. Buying a home is a big decision. You deserve to feel comfortable with the people helping you make it.
