A lot of us purchased or refinanced in the early 2020's and have amazing rates that we don't want to give up. There are a lot of people that I am talking to lately that could use access to some of their equity to managed debt or cover emergencies that they weren't ready for. Whatever it is let's chat and see if I have an option that will work for you.

Do you have a client that is outside of the income limits for other 100% financing options? I may have a loan that will work for them. Send them my way and let's see if it's a good fit.

We saw the market respond fairly quickly to the president's request to Fannie and Freddie purchasing $200 billion in mortgage-backed securities. We are estimating that we should see that in the form of about $20 billion per month. Keep in mind that market data will still impact rates and at this point it isn't impacting the fed rate. The forecast is looking like we should start to see rates come down a bit. Most forecasters are predicting rates in the mid to high 5's through the coming year. Stay tuned!
