https://acrisuremortgage.com/kbice I love spending time with my kids.

I have been in the mortgage industry since I graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1995. I am committed to providing excellence as your trusted mortgage advisor. I have humbly been honored with various awards and featured in numerous publications throughout my career but the real credit goes to my staff. Over the years, I have surrounded myself with really good people that are very passionate and love what they do. That is huge because it’s the people behind the scenes who make a difference and make it all happen. I live in Trussville, AL with my wife Molly, son Garth, and daughter Emma. That’s my passion outside my work. I love my job, but I work hard so I can play and have fun with my family. My goal over the years has remained simple; to close loans on time with a zero tolerance level for surprises at closing. Although this is considered an aggressive goal with all of the changes in the mortgage business, this along with the philosophy of customer satisfaction are the motivating factors that help myself and my staff stand out amongst their competition. Every customer that closes a loan is asked to complete a detailed survey. One of the main parts of the survey is whether the homebuyer would recommend myself and my team to their friends, family and coworkers. If a client walks away feeling satisfied and willing to refer us to their friends and family, I feel like we did our job. This is what I want to do for the rest of my life. I have found something that I love doing and consequently, I get paid for it. In my book, I call that a win-win!!! http://interlincalabama.com/keithbice/why-interlinc/consumer-notices

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Keith Bice by Amber V N - I’m so glad I chose Acrisure Mortgage! Keith Bice was so friendly and helpful from our very first conversation over a year ago. When I started looking at homes again, I reached back out to him, and he gave me exactly what I needed every step of the way.
The entire Acrisure team is friendly, knowledgeable, and they get the job done! As a millennial, I definitely prefer texting and emailing, so I loved that most of the process was handled that way. It made everything feel easy and took a lot of the pressure off. If we needed a phone call, we had one, but the majority of everything was completed through the app, which is very user-friendly.
They made my first home-buying experience such a joy, and I’m so thankful I chose them. I would absolutely recommend Keith and the Acrisure team!
