The Acquire'd team spent three days at Patrick Bet-David's The Vault Conference, surrounded by entrepreneurs, leaders, and some of the biggest names in business and entertainment.

From hearing Steven Bartlett, Logan Paul, and Floyd Mayweather to connecting with like-minded people, the experience was about more than just attending a conference.

One of the biggest takeaways? The small things you do every day compound into something much bigger over time.

At 27, building a 7-figure business has taught me a few things that go way beyond making money. 📈

Here are 3 lessons I've learned along the way:

1️⃣ Relationships over deals. Stop chasing the next transaction and start building relationships that create opportunities for years to come.

2️⃣ Systems over hustle. Hustle might get you started, but systems and processes are what allow you to scale consistently.

3️⃣ The right people matter. Who you bring into your business can make or break your growth. Hire intentionally, build the right culture, and surround yourself with people who share your vision.

And a bonus lesson? Having a great social media team behind you doesn't hurt either. 😂🎥

Big moves happening at Acquire’d! 📈🔥

Congratulations to Jonathan and Jared on their promotions to Acquisitions Manager! 👏

As Acquire’d continues to grow and expand into new markets, we're creating more opportunities for our team to step into leadership roles.

Our new Acquisitions Manager position sits directly below General Manager (GM) and is designed to prepare the next generation of leaders within the company.

From analyzing deals and supporting negotiations to coaching agents and helping close opportunities, this role is about taking on more responsibility and developing the skills needed to eventually lead an entire office.

The next step? General Manager. 🏢

Inside our latest team flip in Porter Ranch. 🏡🔨

This project is a little different. Instead of just taking down another property, members of the Acquire’d team came together to analyze the deal, make sure the numbers made sense, pool capital, and take on the flip together.

We’re still a few weeks away from the finished product, but we opened up the project to our community of real estate agents, investors, lenders, and industry partners for an inside look at the renovation and how Acquire’d approaches a fix-and-flip opportunity.
