UPDATE on appraisal forms!

Starting 10/1/2026 there will be a new appraisal form called the UAD 3.6. This form will be required starting 11/2/2026 for all conventional loans. Rate has been communicating these changes with our appraisers, so we are not expecting any delays to closings- even if the reports take a day or two longer than usual. Wanted to give you a heads up so know what is coming the end of this year!
