There are certain products that I am very proud of, and the reason for that is... Having a product that can be something so easy and stress free for a client, that they thank you over and over.

I see other lenders posting examples of their Home equity line of credits" and they can close in 5 days, get discounts if you finance cars with me, and open 3 credit cards etc.. Along with, we are the best there is at this program.

I only post results. This client came to me on 10/21/26 and closed 10/23/2026. There is no easy or hard file, when the programs are explained in detail to the client, and done they way they should be, it shows in the results.

Need a HELOC by Friday close of business Friday??? Call me today and we will close before the weekend!!!!

OK, we are all sick of the rain. The kids have been trapped inside doing nothing. Tomorrow looks beautiful, let’s bring them out to Indian rocks Beach for the first ever golf cart “trunk or treat”.

Good morning everyone. Today, I wanted to share some knowledge in regards to the market and what the news doesn’t tell you.

I’ve made a very “plain and simple” cheat cheat , so all of us can understand all of the riffraff that we hear in the news. Always remember, the news focuses on negative, very little on positive. Even when rates were falling at a dramatic pace, you didn’t hear much about it. They always wanted to throw in the negative. That’s unfortunate, but I’m here to share knowledge and explain in very simple terms what it means when you hear that the feds are raising or lowering the interest rates.

When the feds are active, whether they’re dropping rates or raising rates, that’s when I’m the most busy as people are consistently calling, texting or emailing looking for answers to their questions. Most of us have no idea what controls the mortgage rates, and I don’t expect anybody too understand, that’s not your profession.

I hope this very plain and simple worksheet sheds some light on the important information that matters.
