We had a great time volunteering at the Credit for Life event at Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School!

Students moved through different booths, making choices about housing, transportation, vacations and more—all while working within a monthly budget based on the career they chose. For housing, that might mean buying a condo, sharing with a roommate or living at home. It was so good to see them pause, think through the tradeoffs and make decisions for themselves.

Credit for Life is a fantastic event hosted by Cape Cod 5, helping students build real-life budgeting and money management skills. The high school is lucky to have Guinevere organizing such a thoughtful, well-run event.

And a big thank-you to Black Sheep for the goodies for the volunteers. Much appreciated!

New Orleans hit all the right notes—meaningful conversations, new connections, a little celebrating, and my first chance to explore the French Quarter. I especially loved learning about its distinctive architecture and the history behind it.

🎤 Tuesday, I spent time with fellow Compass Sports & Entertainment members and shared how short-term rentals can generate leads—and how Compass supports that business.

💬 Wednesday, I was honored to speak with members of Compass Resort on a panel about gaining and retaining clients in second-home markets. Having Robert and Neda swing by and contribute made it even more special.

Back home with fresh ideas, great memories, and a little NOLA rhythm still playing in my head. 🎷

✨I finally made it into Michael Blanchard’s beautiful Crossroads Gallery in Oak Bluffs to select a few special pieces for my clients’ closing gifts!

Although this was our first time meeting, I’ve followed Michael’s journey for years and have been inspired by both his personal story and the dedication that has made him one of Martha’s Vineyard’s most recognized photographers. Through his photography, writing, and willingness to openly share his personal journey, he’s touched and inspired countless people, both here on the Vineyard and far beyond.

It was such a pleasure to finally meet him and see his beautiful work in person. I’m excited to share a little piece of the Vineyard through his photography with some very special clients!
