At Skinny Raven, we believe an active life is a happy life.

Sadly, too many kids can't afford to participate in sports. One is too many. Right now in Alaska, one-in-five youth are below the poverty level.

We're excited to take part in the Healthy Futures Game Changer campaign to raise money for grants for underserved youth. Your donation goes straight to kids from low-income families to help with the costs of equipment, fees, travel, etc. A small amount of support removes barriers and can change the trajectory of a young life!

How we get kids in the game: The Game Changer Fund provides up to $500 grants to underserved youth. The Game Changer also does something called “Kicks for Kids”, which works to ensure children in need have essential footwear. Last year alone, we sent out over 150 Game Changer grants to youth all across the state and 1,350 pairs of shoes and boots.

THANK YOU to Frightening 4K Community Partner Trick or Treat in the Heat-Anchorage for the opportunity to collaborate this year! 🎃 🍬

Through the Frightening 4K registration platform, you can donate to help support Trick Or Treat In The Heat. Skinny Raven Sports will match, up to $500, the total dollar amount raised for TOTITH through FFK registration.

The annual Ian Robbins Memorial Trick Or Treat In The Heat started in 2005 as an impromptu block event to allow a terminally-ill five year old to experience one last Halloween trick or treating. TOTITH has grown into a beloved memorial fundraiser supporting Hospice of Anchorage, Make-A-Wish Alaska and Washington, and the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Western Washington & Alaska. Thanks to the amazing community and participating neighborhoods, their 2026 event raised over $87,965+ to help sick Alaskan children and their families.
