Some people are bosses because of their title. Others are leaders because of the impact they make.

Today, we're celebrating someone who embodies everything a truly great leader should be, our very own Megan Brittain!

Megan leads with kindness, humility, patience, and grace. And considering the personalities she manages daily, that patience probably deserves its own award.

She has a way of making even the most difficult situations look effortless, always putting people first. Whether it's her team, a longtime customer, or someone reaching out for help for the first time, she makes everyone feel heard, valued, and genuinely cared for.

But what makes Megan truly special is that she doesn't just tell us what great service and integrity look like. She shows us, every single day.

A great boss can build a successful business. A truly exceptional leader builds people. Megan does both.

Megan, we hope you know how deeply you are loved, respected, and appreciated. Not just for everything you do, but for the person you are.

And while she'd probably prefer we didn't make a big deal out of her today, some people are simply too special not to celebrate.

Sorry, Megan. You're just going to have to let us have this one.

Happy Boss's Day! We love you!
