I began my State Farm career working in a State Farm agent's office in 1998 as a customer service and sales representative. This position enabled me to truly learn the business from the ground up! I realized while in this position that, one day, I wanted to pursue my dream of becoming a State Farm agent myself. This dream became reality when I opened my first State Farm agency in Clovis, NM in 200

3. After several successful years in my NM agency, I was invited in 2006 to take a position in Agency Leadership. I accepted spent the next 7 years working as an Agency Consultant and Executive consulting other State Farm agents on building their businesses. In these positions, I learned a great deal and have applied much of my knowledge in my own agency. In 2013, I made the decision to return to my first passion, having my own business and helping customers! I took over my current agency in February of 2013. I love serving my customers and my community! I am a small town girl and grew up in rural West Texas. I am the proud mom of two great kids that keep me on my toes and have been married to my best friend for over 15 years. We love living and being a part of the Amarillo community! My team and I look forward to serving the Amarillo area. I have a team of trained insurance professionals that are ready to help take care of our current and future customers. ✨ Coach P Summit — Round 2 ✨

Last time I walked into Coach P Consulting…
I was building.

Building vision.
Building belief.
Building a team that could become something special.

And we did.

Not perfectly.
Not without growing pains.
But with consistency, intention… and a whole lot of heart.

Since that first summit in 2024—
We’ve stretched.
We’ve elevated.
We’ve produced.
We’ve become stronger leaders.

But here’s what I know…

Growth doesn’t reward comfort.
And success doesn’t mean you’ve arrived.

It means you’re ready for the next level.

So I’m not coming back the same.
And I’m not coming back to prove anything.

I’m coming back to refine.
To recalibrate.
To raise the standard—again.

Because the woman I was at the first summit?
She built the foundation.

The woman walking in now?
She’s building legacy.
