I am happy to share that I have obtained the insurance designation of TRA, Trusted Risk Advisor. After 44 years of being in the insurance field, learning never stops. Just when you think you have the answers, they change the questions.

That's what makes the industry so frustrating, interesting and amazing all at the same time. With The TRA, this becomes my 6th designation and where does it stop?

Gofundme's are often the result of either not having proper auto, home ,business or life insurance or having none at all. Don't be that person. Making your family beg for money because you didn't adequately take care of your obligations is just wrong at so many levels.

Metaphorically speaking, what is the difference? You see, when you shop for insurance, there are differences. Sometimes in just the little ways words are placed and coverages are added or deleted.

Know the difference. It matters at the time of a claim.
