Phone System Upgrade Notice Scheduled – Wednesday, May 20th

First National Bank will be upgrading our phone system on Wednesday, May 20, beginning at 7:00 p.m. During this time, our main phone lines are expected to be temporarily unavailable for a couple of hours.

In addition, you can quickly protect your account by locking your debit card through the First Nat Mobile App at any time. Simply log in, choose Cards at the bottom of that screen. Next, in the middle of the screen Card is ON – simply toggle the green button – choose Yes in the pop up turning your card off from everything but recurring payments. If you want to turn it back on, follow the same steps.

We appreciate your patience as we complete this important upgrade and look forward to providing full phone service once the system migration is complete.
