This month we would like to tell you about some new members on our team and reintroduce our loyal team members that have been here for many years serving our community.

This week we have a new face to add to our team here at Roark Insurance. We would like to introduce our new Medicare Specialist Les Plymale! Les brings more than 30 years of customer service management along with eight years focusing on Medicare options.

Born in Lynchburg and a lifelong resident of the region, Les earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Liberty University. At Roark, he assists clients with Medicare coverage decisions and provides Social Security analysis services, helping individuals review how retirement timing and Medicare enrollment can work together.

In addition to his professional work, Les serves as the Worship Leader at his church and participates in several local ministries. He enjoys singing, reading classic literature and biographies, photography, cooking European cuisine, and visiting historical sites throughout Virginia and the East Coast.
