As a loan officer, you wear a lot of hats. One of them is being a solvem probler. 😄💪🏼 You never know what you’re going to uncover in an application or what might come up during the loan process. Being willing to advocate for your clients, think outside the box, and keep looking for solutions is a huge part of what I do.

But another big part of it comes down to something pretty simple…the Golden Rule. Treat people the way you would want to be treated. When people know you’re truly in their corner, I believe it makes all the difference.
