From day one she was incredibly responsive — questions I sent (even during off-hours) were almost always answered right away, which made a stressful process feel a lot more manageable.
She walked me through the entire loan application and approval process over the phone, step by step, and never made me feel rushed or talked down to as a first-time buyer. Beyond just processing my loan, she took the time to understand my situation and recommended specific actions I could take to better fit my needs and goals.
