The Brian Ferrick Mortgage Team Our mission is to be the home financing partner that you trust to serve your family, friends and com

We take the mystery out of the mortgage process providing low costs, no surprises, and on time closings. Our team invests in our clients' knowledge and understanding of the mortgage process BEFORE they find a home. With this strategy our clients have extra time to focus on the more important items on their home-buying check list. Like the exhilarating joys of packing boxes, scheduling moving trucks, and cleaning out their kitchen junk drawers ;)

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Brian Ferrick by Pamela M - Brian Ferrick and his team at Guild Mortgage were fantastic to work with! Communication throughout the entire transaction was excellent they kept everyone informed, were responsive, and made the process smooth from start to finish.
Even better, we were able to close early, and my buyer was extremely happy with her experience. As a Realtor, having a lender who communicates well and stays on top of every detail makes such a difference.
I highly recommend Brian and his team and look forward to working with them again!

5.0 star review received on Experience.com for Brian Ferrick by Rachel S - Brian was great to work with! We filled out some info online & he reached out right away to get us pre-approved & discuss the best loan options for our situation. He helped connect us with an awesome real estate agent who was able to get us a showing at the house we liked the next morning! Both we're super knowledgable and informative through the entire process, and we would reach out to them again in the future!
