“I need a 20% deposit to buy a home.”

❌ Not necessarily!

While a 20% deposit can give you more options, there are situations where buyers may be able to purchase with less than 20%.

The important part is understanding what you may be eligible for and what the overall cost looks like.

Every situation is different — which is why getting advice early can be so valuable.

As a lot of you have guessed, Home Trust Mortgages has been in Wanganui for 27 years!!
This is an amazing achievement and I thank all of our existing clients for helping us get here. I'm also looking forward to sticking around for another 27 + years and meeting new clients in the future 😃

A story was published in the Rivercity Press last week which had an incorrect year noted so I also included anyone who put 26 years as their answer. The article would have indicated 26 years.
