There's something pretty special about being in a room full of women who are all chasing growth, backing themselves, and cheering each other on.

On Saturday I attended the Girls in Business Conference, taking the opportunity to learn from some incredible women who have built successful businesses, challenged the status quo, and shared the lessons they learnt along the way. From branding and leadership to resilience and mindset, I'm looking forward to bringing fresh ideas back to Cura.

As a female business owner, I know how important it is to keep learning, keep growing, and never stop investing in yourself. The more we grow, the better we can support our clients, our team, and our community.

August looks a little different for us this year...

Wayne and I are spending some much-needed quality time in Bali with our girls, making memories and taking a moment to recharge.

As much as we love what we do, we also believe something important:
You can’t pour from an empty cup.

Looking after ourselves and prioritising family time helps us show up as better advisers, better business owners, and better humans.

So while the office view may have changed from Whanganui to poolside in Bali, we’re still here and still available for our clients if needed.
