📸 Take photos and videos of all damage BEFORE you clean up or throw anything away - your insurer will need this

📝 Make a list of damaged items

📞 Contact your insurer as soon as possible to start your claim

🧾 Keep receipts for any emergency repairs or accommodation

If the weather event causes you to struggle financially, banks offer hardship assistance if you can't meet your mortgage payments. This might include:

• Payment deferrals

• Temporary interest-only payments

• Other flexible arrangements

We have a new home! 🏢 And it's right above a brewery! 😮🍻

Our new office at the Porirua Business Centre has ample free parking, easy access, and is upstairs above the new Kai Tahi food court and Abandoned Brewery. It's a great place to meet to sort your mortgage and insurance needs.

Just beware, if you book for a Friday afternoon Kieran will probably say "meet downstairs!" 🍻🥂
