A very interesting article about the effects of the new rules implemented this month. If you are looking to borrow my advice is to give your lender as much time as possible as we have so many more checks and balances to go through before being able to approve lending .

Here’s another great checklist for when you are buying your next house... make sure you check with your Bank first to make sure the property meets their criteria ... you might be preapproved but the property isn’t! We will always complete a evaluation on your new home and complete the final property checks to make sure you are all good to go!
