🎉 Congratulations Andrew on becoming a homeowner today! 🏡

After first obtaining pre-approval in October 2025, Andrew showed incredible patience and determination while searching for the right property. Following three pre-approval extensions and many months of house hunting, he has finally settled on his very first home.

It's been a pleasure helping Andrew navigate the lending process and seeing his hard work pay off. There is nothing quite like handing over the keys to a first-home buyer and watching their dream become reality.
