It is amazing that at the start of the year we started following Kiarn and Flynn home ownership journey and to think that they have just moved into their newly built home consisting of 4 bedrooms with two of them being master bedrooms with ensuite and walk in wardrobe.
With the right advise, guidance and sacrifice home ownership can be achieved by everyone.
Kiarn and Flynn have proved that by being 21 years old with a brand new home, and on the property market together.
Enjoy your new house boys, you definitely deserve it.
It was an absolute pleasure helping you through the process.

On Sunday I had the pleasure of heading to Rongomai Marae in Turangi to speak to local whanau about KiwiSaver, Mortgages and Insurances.
It was awesome turn out and great to see all the whanau interested and taking away a lot of knowledge to share with whanau and friends.
I look forward to working more with you all in the future.

Here is an update on the build for our youngest home owners Flynn and Kiarn.
Can't wait to see the finished product and enjoy a beer at your pace for once.
Great work from the team at Generation Homes Bay of Plenty.
Only about 8 more weeks till completion.

Here he is, our newest member to the Quantum Aotearoa whanau.
Meet Anthony Taylor, our Samoan speaking, Muay Thai fighting insurance adviser.
Anthony was born and raised in Samoa and came to New Zealand about 13 years ago going on to represent New Zealand at weight lifting.
Now he has taken on Muay Thai fighting and if you are in the combat game then you need to speak to Anthony as he has the cover that will protect you if you were to break a bone during training and or a fight, or if you just want to have your policy reviewed touch base with us as our services are free.

Yesterday we had the privilege of speaking to the Kaimahi at Raukura Hauora o Tainui at their Manukau offices.
Thank you to the staff that attended, it was great to be able to help educate our whanau about KiwiSaver, Home Ownership and Life Insurance and I know that the community they serve will benefit from the knowledge they now have.

When your son and his mate decide they want to buy a house together and you have the knowledge to help, then we do what we can to make it happen.

When you are 21, deciding whether to buy a home or spend your money on travel is a big decision. There are a lot of pros and cons for each decision.

For our new homeowners Kiarn and Flynn, they saw it as an opportunity to invest in their future through a co-ownership mortgage arrangement. Having grown up together, these two best friends are building their first home together and it is all designed around meeting their needs.

The home is based off our Motiti plan, but has two primary suites, each with an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe, so there is no argument about who gets the biggest room. Downstairs the focus is on entertaining, while the extra bedrooms on this level give them the option to have flatmates or friends to stay.

Over the coming months, we are going to follow Kiarn and Flynn’s journey as build their home for handover on the 30th October this year (2025).

Congratulation guys, we are excited to be on this journey with you. 👏👏👏

Over the past two weeks I have had the pleasure to present at 3 of the Home Ownership workshop hosted by Te Runanga O KiriKiriroa and run by our very own Lahaina Moeke.

It was great to be able to help educate whanau that attended about making sure their KiwiSaver is with the correct provider and fund type to achieve their home ownership goals, protecting themselves with life insurance and the mortgage application process.

There was about 45 people that attended and wish them luck with their journey.
